Nikko : Roof of Yomeimon gate, allowing
access to Toshogu, Mausoleum of
Tokugawa leazu. There are more than five
hundred sculptures, hence its Japanese
nickname, Higurashiko-mon, meaning «
the gate where people spend
a whole day looking ».
